These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Bargellini Digital Studio ("we", "us", "our") through our website or via direct agreement with the client ("you", "your"). By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Services

Bargellini Digital Studio provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Shopify and e-commerce services

  • UX/UI design

  • Website maintenance and support

  • Technical consulting and optimization

All services are digital and non-physical.

1.3 Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via our online payment providers. Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, depending on the service.

For services listed as "starting from" prices, the final scope, timeline, and pricing will be confirmed after consultation.

1.4 Service Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, and third-party dependencies. Delays caused by missing information or feedback from the client are not our responsibility.

1.5 Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project. Delays or additional work caused by incomplete or incorrect information may result in adjusted timelines or additional fees.

1.6 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for you become your property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bargellini Digital Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Bargellini Digital Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
