3. Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Services

All services offered by Bargellini Digital Studio are digital and customized. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.

3.2 Cancellations Before Work Starts

If you cancel a service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus any administrative or transaction fees.

3.3 Project Termination

If a project is terminated by the client after work has started, payment is due for all work completed up to that point. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

3.4 Subscription Services

Monthly maintenance or support subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.
